This website and online store are operated by Neetu Modgil, a sole proprietor carrying on business under the trade name Craftzola Enterprises ("Craftzola", "we", "us" or "our").
Craftzola offers this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through this site, to you conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the policies referenced herein.
By visiting our website, purchasing a product from us or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms
By using our website and placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products or Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of our website.
2. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately, including their colours, materials, dimensions and other characteristics.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
Many Craftzola products may involve handcrafted techniques, hand block printing, natural dyes or other artisanal processes. As a result, minor variations in colour, print placement, pattern, texture or finish may occur between individual pieces.
Such natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not necessarily defects.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices and availability where appropriate.
3. Pricing
Product prices are displayed on our website in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed as required during the purchasing process.
We may change prices from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error and permitted by applicable law.
4. Orders
Your submission of an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- payment failure;
- technical or inventory errors; or
- delivery restrictions.
If we cancel an order after successfully receiving payment, we will initiate an applicable refund to the original payment method.
5. Payments
Craftzola currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.
Craftzola does not necessarily receive or store sensitive payment credentials such as complete card details, banking credentials or UPI credentials where these are collected directly by the payment provider.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 business days after successful placement and payment confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, holidays, remote locations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We use Shiprocket and its courier/logistics partners to facilitate shipping and delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
For eligible and approved returns, Craftzola bears the return-shipping cost.
Original shipping or delivery charges paid when placing an order, if any, are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another product or variant, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds for approved returns will be initiated to the original payment method.

8. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information presented on our website is accurate.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability or other matters.
Where permitted by applicable law, we may correct errors or update information when they are discovered.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website and Services may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, courier companies, communications providers and other service providers.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through the Craftzola website—including our branding, text, graphics, product photographs, designs, logos and website content—is owned by or licensed to Craftzola and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or otherwise use our protected content without appropriate authorization.

If you submit a review, feedback, photograph, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
